The whole family having Summer Holidays together and going away together to the beach…..ahhhh the memories.

Every day is a special day. Try missing one! Every day is a day of opportunity so it must be embrassed. The biggest commodity of life is time. No one knows how much they have abd wben it runs out. Take advantage of each day. It is special.

The Purpose of my life is to experience happiness and freedom.

And my mission is to accomplish this to create a loving caring environment for myself, my family, friends and others by creating wealth with a positive optimistic attitude

I would go to Europe . Visiting all my family and friends in Italy and Croatia. Dreaming of Tuscany in Italy and Hvar in Croatia.

My full last name is Monteleone and so my Nickname became Monte!

I get up at 5.15am go to the gym and then have a healthy breakfast. I read and set up my day. After work I have a light meal with my family. I am in bed no latter than 9.30am . Avoiding too many process foods and sugar drinks has helped me. My goal is to go to the gym 3 days a week and walk every other day.  Surround yourself with positive and motivated people. Live life with passion.

Looking at going to travel to Italy, Croatia and Greece next year. Visting family and friends. Having fun and exploring new places.

Change of attitude. Having a more positive attitude. A can do attitude.

Depends on what work is being undertaken and the mood of situation. Silence is interesting. It helps in stimulation. You natually find what helps you be productive.
