Business and self developement books are my go to books I love to read. I do not mind a good autobiography to read.

Getting together every Sunday fortnight for lunch with my family. We have always spent time together on Sunday at lunchtime. This has been a tradition as long as I can remember and will continue as long as I can.

What do you enjoy doing most in your leisure time?

Reading blogging and walking is what i enjoy most in my leisure time. I also enjoy spending time with my family and friends.

I am living what I am doing. I have a retail online business as well as being a sales manager. I enjoy all that I do. It allows me to live the best life I can a d achieve and work towards my goals.

What makes a good leader?

A leader’s job often includes changing your people’s attitudes and behavior. Some suggestions to accomplish this: 1. Begin with praise and honest appreciation. 2. Call attention to people’s mistakes indirectly. 3. Talk about your own mistakes before criticizing the other person. 4. Ask questions instead of giving direct orders. 5. Let the other person save face. 6. Praise the slightest improvement and praise every improvement. Be “hearty in your approbation and lavish in your praise”. 7. Give the other person a fine reputation to live up to. 8. Use encouragement. Make the fault seem easy to correct. 9. Make the other person happy about doing the thing you suggest.
