Travelling to the US for the first time in 2001 was the most spontaneous thing that i’ve ever done. I went for a business reason but ended up having an absolute fantastic time.

How do you make time for self-care?

Getting up early in the morning and every day, doing half an hour of exercise sets up my day for success.

Started my own business. Self education and driving my business ideas and opportunity. Time waits for no one.
