He once said, “When I was 5 years old, my mother always told me that happiness was the key to life. When I went to school, they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I wrote down ‘happy’. They told me I didn’t understand the assignment, and I told them they didn’t understand life.”
Who are the biggest influences in your life?
My family and closest friends are the biggest influences in my life. My grandfather used to say show me who you are hanging around with the most and I can tell you who you are.Show me your friends, and I can tell you who you are. This is so true. You are the sum of the five people that you hanging around with the most.

1971 was a year marked by major world events like the start of the Bangladesh Liberation War, the Attica Prison and Apollo 14’s moon landing. Musically, it was huge with releases like Marvin Gaye’s ‘What’s Going On’ and films like A Clockwork Orange. In the US, the 26th Amendment lowered the voting age to 18. In Australia, Neville Bonner became the first Indigenous Senator. What a year.

Yes, I am a good judge of character.It is one of the things I’m really good at. I have read and educated myself a lot about character and the only way that you can judge character is if you have a great character. Building character and having character is one of the most important rates in a great person.

When are you most happy?
When I am enjoying the company of family and friends I am the happiest. Living life to the fullest. The purpose of my life is to experience happiness and freedom.
And my mission is to accomplish this to create a loving caring environment for myself, my family, friends and others by creating wealth with a positive optimistic attitude.
What was the last thing you did for play or fun?
Playing football with my friends was the last thing that I did that was just for pure joy and fun.
There is nothing like a game of football and just having a kick around with friends.

In a Nutshell: Be a Leader A leader’s job often includes changing your people’s attitudes and behavior. Some suggestions to accomplish this: 1. Begin with praise and honest appreciation. 2. Call attention to people’s mistakes indirectly. 3. Talk about your own mistakes before criticizing the other person. 4. Ask questions instead of giving direct orders. 5. Let the other person save face. 6. Praise the slightest improvement and praise every improvement. Be “hearty in your approbation and lavish in your praise”. 7. Give the other person a fine reputation to live up to. 8. Use encouragement. Make the fault seem easy to correct. 9. Make the other person happy about doing the thing you suggest.
