    What strategies do you use to maintain your health and well-being?

    I get up at 5.15am go to the gym and then have a healthy breakfast. I read and set up my day. After work I have a light meal with my family. I am in bed no latter than 9.30am . Avoiding too many process foods and sugar drinks has helped me. My goal is to go to the gym 3 days a week and walk every other day.  Surround yourself with positive and motivated people. Live life with passion.

    What are your future travel plans?

    Looking at going to travel to Italy, Croatia and Greece next year. Visting family and friends. Having fun and exploring new places.

    What would you change about modern society?

    Change of attitude. Having a more positive attitude. A can do attitude.

    What do you listen to while you work?

    Depends on what work is being undertaken and the mood of situation. Silence is interesting. It helps in stimulation. You natually find what helps you be productive.

    What’s your go-to comfort food?

    Total pick me up.Keeps me grounded. Reminds me of good times with family and friends. Tastes and feels good.

    What’s your favorite game (card, board, video, etc.)? Why?

    Monopoly, a game where you can see what it’s like with people that have money and don’t have money, have wealth. And don’t have wealth, and it’s great seeing how different people react to both sides of the coin. Seeing the different temperaments of people is amazing.

    What foods would you like to make?

    Reminds me of the fantastic time that was spent with my nonna. The love and family time spent can never be replaced . The memories will last and I will carry for the rest of my life.

    Dogs are loyal. It doesnt matter what sought of day you have had when your dog sees you he will greet you with excitement and anticipation.

    Which activities make you lose track of time?

    Activities which make me lose track of time is reading a great book. I absolutely love football. Anything to do with football I will lose track of time. Once I am passionate about something time becomes irrelevant.

    The key is to have a positive mental attitude. With a positive mental attitude nothing will bother you. Live your day with passion. Surround yourself with people that will fill you with great energy.
