Age 35 in 2006. Went to Europe with my wife Frances for the 1st time. Had a fantastic time.

Watched the World Cup in Germany and followed Australia. Experience of a lifetime.

Looking forward to my trip to Europe next year. To catch up with family and friends. Looking forward to visiting new places and exploring new adventures cannot wait. It’s always exciting to visit new places.And Im really looking forward to July August and September next year.

Fun loving, freedom and all things being new. Not worrying about of what people think. Sense of Adventure and giving everything a go without a care in the world.

Be a Leader A leader’s job often includes changing your people’s attitudes and behavior. Some suggestions to accomplish this: 1. Begin with praise and honest appreciation. 2. Call attention to people’s mistakes indirectly. 3. Talk about your own mistakes before criticizing the other person. 4. Ask questions instead of giving direct orders. 5. Let the other person save face. 6. Praise the slightest improvement and praise every improvement. Be “hearty in your approbation and lavish in your praise”. 7. Give the other person a fine reputation to live up to. 8. Use encouragement. Make the fault seem easy to correct. 9. Make the other person happy about doing the thing you suggest.

My favourite form of exercise is strength training and walking. There is nothing better than going for a walk in beautiful natures wonders and getting absolutely totally lifted and energised.

The alternative career path that I’ve always would love to do is Sports management. Anything to do with sport. I am passionate about .When I was growing up there was no courses, and there was no paths to get into sports management. You basically had to know someone to be able to get into it, or you had to be in that sport. The opportunities now, for young people in regards to sport, in the last 20 to 25 years has absolutely exploded.It is one of the choices and one of the paths that I would dream and love to pursue.
