    On my daughters 16th Birthday I gave it 5 attemps to bake her cake. All 5 attempts were unsuccessful. Unfotunately I ran out of time and went down to the bakery and bought my daughter a cake in total frustration.

    What are your favorite types of foods?

    Love my Italian food. Especially pasta as it reminds me of the great times with my family as a child. It reminds me of Sunday lunches and family gatherings. Gee I miss those old days. The laughter and fun. We still do our best to keep the traditions.

    How often do you walk or run?

    My goal to help me with my personal fitness is to go to the gym 3 to 4 days a week and to walk any  other day for 60 minutes. It has helped me feel on top of the world and helps me with my other life goals. Keeps me balanced as a person.

    Do you see yourself as a leader?

    I am a Leader. 

    A leader’s job often includes changing your people’s attitudes and behavior. Some suggestions to accomplish this:

    1. Begin with praise and honest appreciation.

    2. Call attention to people’s mistakes indirectly.

    3. Talk about your own mistakes before criticizing the other person.

    4. Ask questions instead of giving direct orders.

    5. Let the other person save face.

    6. Praise the slightest improvement and praise every improvement. Be “hearty in your approbation and lavish in your praise”.

    7. Give the other person a fine reputation to live up to.

    8. Use encouragement. Make the fault seem easy to correct.

    9. Make the other person happy about doing the thing you suggest.

    This is Leadership traits that I follow.

    What’s your favorite word?

    The purpose of my life is to experience happiness and freedom.

    And my mission is to accomplish this to create a loving caring environment for myself, my family, friends and others by creating wealth with a positive optimistic attitude.

    What are you doing this evening?

    I will be having dinner at home with my family and then reading a book before bed. Preparing myself for the next day. Getting ready for a big Thursday.

  • Dishonesty and Liars

    What personality trait in people raises a red flag with you?

    When people are dishonest and lie, it is a red flag. I lose respect for people that do this and I totally switch off. It is very hard to come back once people are dishonest to you and lie. You lose trust in people. Once you lose trust in people the relationship is over.
