Be a Leader. A leader’s job often includes changing your people’s attitudes and behavior. Some suggestions to accomplish this: 1. Begin with praise and honest appreciation. 2. Call attention to people’s mistakes indirectly. 3. Talk about your own mistakes before criticizing the other person. 4. Ask questions instead of giving direct orders. 5. Let the other person save face. 6. Praise the slightest improvement and praise every improvement. Be “hearty in your approbation and lavish in your praise”. 7. Give the other person a fine reputation to live up to. 8. Use encouragement. Make the fault seem easy to correct. 9. Make the other person happy about doing the thing you suggest.

If you had to describe your ideal life, what would it look like?

I am living my ideal life. I have a wonderful family and I enjoy my business. I love the freedom and I enjoy everything that I’m doing. I am living my best life.

What is the best concert you have been to?

The best concert I went to was Prince. What a very talented musician he was. I was blown away at how many instruments he could play, and he kept us entertained for nearly three and a half hours, brilliant.

Which is the best thing to do in your city?

What super power do you wish you had and why?

X Ray vision to be able to see through things would be great as it would allow me to change things quickly. Being able to prempt whaf is going to take place is a huge advantage.

What’s a mystery from your own life that you’ve never solved?

Whatever the human mind can conceive and believe it can achieve.
