What strategies do you use to maintain your health and well-being?

I get up at 5.15am go to the gym and then have a healthy breakfast. I read and set up my day. After work I have a light meal with my family. I am in bed no latter than 9.30am . Avoiding too many process foods and sugar drinks has helped me. My goal is to go to the gym 3 days a week and walk every other day.  Surround yourself with positive and motivated people. Live life with passion.
